    Processing Time

    All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

    Custom wigs and made-to-order items may require additional processing time. Processing times will be noted on the product page.

    Shipping

    Once your order has been processed, shipping times are estimated as follows:

    • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

    • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

    • Overnight Shipping: Available at checkout (orders must be placed before the daily cutoff time)

    Shipping times begin after your order has been processed.

    Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

    FREE Standard Shipping on orders of $250 or more.
